As of Tuesday, June 10, the Pampanga Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (PDRRMC) reported no incidents of flooding or class suspensions across the province, despite cloudy skies and light rains caused by the prevailing southwest monsoon and a low-pressure area (LPA).

Based on the situational report submitted by PDRRMC Officer Janica Mikhail M. Yambao to Governor Dennis G. Pineda, weather conditions in all 21 cities and municipalities of Pampanga ranged from cloudy skies to light rains.

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) reported that as of 3 PM on Tuesday, the LPA was located 415 km west of Bacnotan, La Union (16.5°N, 116.5°E).

The southwest monsoon is affecting Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, bringing cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms to Metro Manila, Central Luzon, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, and the Bicol Region.

No barangays in Pampanga were reportedly flooded, according to data from city and municipal disaster risk reduction and management offices.

Water levels in the Pampanga River Basin remained below alert thresholds.

The Sulipan Station recorded 1.42 meters (alert level: 2.6 meters), while the Zaragoza Station was at 2.93 meters (alert level: 3 meters).

The PDRRMC Operations Center and Command and Control Center (C3) in Sindalan, City of San Fernando has been activated.

Disaster response equipment and personnel are on standby 24/7. Information materials on preparedness were also released via social media.
