

The Pampanga Police Provincial Office (PPO) revealed the arrest of 75 persons and confiscation of P1,905,112.80 worth of illegal drugs following operations conducted from July 7 to July 13.
The PPO cited the arrest of four "most wanted" persons and 27 "wanted" individuals.
During the period, some 279.3 grams of shabu and 50.81 grams of marijuana worth P1,905,112.80 were confiscated from 38 suspects.
Two suspects were also nabbed in the week-long operation where three loose firearms were seized from the suspects.
Four persons were also arrested for being involved in illegal gambling.
Meanwhile, the PPO said it organized a "Kadiwa ng Pangulo" on July 15.
Marcelo said that the initiative aims to bring affordable goods and essential services closer to the community, in support of the government's efforts to promote food security, livelihood, and economic resilience.
"The operations against crime and our collective efforts such as the Kadiwa ng Pangulo reflect the deep sense of responsibility we hold for the communities we serve," he said.
