

The Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) announced the arrest of 220 persons for illegal drugs and 163 wanted persons from June 29 to July 5, 2025.
Different PRO3 units across Central Luzon conducted 141 anti-illegal drug operations, resulting in the arrest of 222 individuals and the seizure of an P8,560,753.32 worth of illegal drugs.
Confiscated substances included 1,086.28 grams of shabu, 3,283.85 grams of marijuana, and 520 grams of kush.
Meanwhile, the PRO 3 said manhunt operations led to the arrest of 163 wanted persons, including 121 identified as Most Wanted and 42 as Other Wanted Persons.
In 15 operations against loose firearms, 14 individuals were arrested and 31 assorted short firearms were recovered.
In the crackdown against illegal gambling, PRO3 said its units conducted 11 operations, which led to the arrest of 40 individuals and the confiscation of P15,974 in cash bets.
Brigadier General Ponce Rogelio Peñones Jr. PRO 3 director, commended his men for the accomplishments.
“These accomplishments are a clear reflection of our sustained and intensified campaign against criminality in all forms. We owe it to the public to maintain peace and order across Central Luzon through swift and strategic operations. I commend our personnel for their relentless efforts and urge our communities to continue supporting our programs, especially as we advance our goals under the Chief PNP’s 5-Minute Response Strategy," he said.
