SM City Tarlac, in partnership with the Bureau of Fire Protection, joined the 2nd Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) on June 19, 2025.
Mall employees, agency personnel, and tenants participated in the simulation exercise.
The activity, led by SM Supermalls, aims to test the response capability of the mall’s personnel.
The earthquake drill was held in all SM Malls nationwide.
SM City Tarlac said it demonstrated its skills in the earthquake evacuation drill. They showed the proper way of doing the DCH or Dock, Cover, and Hold position, which is essential during an earthquake.
