CITY OF SAN FERNANDO -- Despite heavy rains, the Heritage Café here still held a bubble fun run on Sunday, June 17, at the Capitol grounds to promote the historical sites around the city.
Heritage Café cooperated with the Olongapo Runners Club’s Miranda Run officials, city tourism office, government officials and businessmen.
All the proceeds of the said activity will be donated to the Del Pilar Elementary School, which will be provided with paint materials. This would serve as the café’s participation for this year’s Brigada Eskwela.
Miranda Run Organizer Marites Miranda thanked and invited the community to visit the city’s heritage markers.
The perks behind the event are getting a heritage passport, a card and discounts to all of the chosen establishments in the city.
More than 200 participated in the event.
