Police arrested one of the suspects in a shooting incident that occurred on May 4, along Jose Abad Santos Avenue in Guagua town.

The victims, identified as a 19-year-old resident of Barangay Lambac, Guagua, and a 44-year-old resident of Barangay Sta. Monica, Sta. Rita, were reportedly shot by two individuals riding a motorcycle.

The suspects reportedly fled towards Barangay Natividad after the incident.

Following a police operation based on witness accounts and surveillance footage, authorities apprehended a 42-year-old man, who is resident of Barangay San Rafael, Guagua, on May 6.

Seized from the suspect were a .45 caliber pistol without a serial number, three bullets, a magazine, a grenade, and other personal belongings.

Brigadier General Jean Fajardo, director of Police Regional Office III, said that they are conducting an investigation to locate and arrest the remaining suspect.
