SM Development Corporation (SMDC) is building more than homes in its newest project. At Symphony Homes in Barangay Atlu-Bola, history and nature grow side by side.
SMDC is planting native trees that inspired the names of Pampanga towns. These include the strong Apalit (Narra), the tall Balacat, and the rare Dau tree. Each tree tells a story about the province’s past.
“These trees are more than greenery—they’re storytellers,” said Grace Evangeline Sta. Ana, SMDC Executive Vice President.
The Narra, the national tree of the Philippines, stands for strength and Filipino pride. The Balacat tree gave Mabalacat its name. The lesser-known Dau tree is part of the identity of Barangay Dau.
Symphony Homes is a 28-hectare community offering townhouses, single homes, and shophouses priced from ₱2.85M to ₱6.5M. It also features parks, a clubhouse, pools, a gym, sports courts, co-working spaces, and a pet park.
The community is close to SCTEX, NLEX, Clark International Airport, and the future North-South Commuter Railway.
“It’s a true transport hub,” said Gab Laurel, Vice President of SM Prime.
The project also focuses on safety, sustainability, and connection. Wide green spaces and tree-lined paths create a peaceful, family-friendly setting.
“We designed Symphony Homes to support the rhythm of everyday life,” said Project Head Jess Valentin Nunez.
With trees that hold stories of the past and homes built for the future, Symphony Homes is more than a place to live. It’s a place to grow, dream, and remember.
Here, under the shade of a historic tree, a new chapter begins.
