Voters lauded what they described as an orderly and well-organized voting process in this year's local and national polls.

Senior citizens, persons with disabilities and the pregnant were happy for their early voting from 5am to 7am.

Precincts were already open as early as 4:30am in Pampanga High School and others polling places in the City of San Fernando.

"Maayos, mabilis. Maraming ding mga teachers at mga taong tumulong sa amin mula sa pagturo sa aming presinto hanggang sa aktwal na pogboto. Siguro, mga 20 minutes lang ang buong proseso," said 72-year old Marta Sarmiento, as she was assisted in her wheelchair towards the ramp.

Bank employee Crisanto Ampil, 45, said he did notice any campaigners or persons distributing candidates' flyers or "sample ballots" at the entrance of the school. "Hindi masikip. Hindi maingay at hindi madumi. Pagpasok pa lang ay maroon ng guard at mga pulis na magtuturo kung saan ang dapat na puntahan mo. Mas ayos ang eleksyon ngayon."

A family of voters, seven of them headed by their patriarch Eddie Sarmiento, said it did not take long for all of them to cast their votes.

"Siguro, mga 20-30 minutes mu. Kadatang mu pa, dinan da na kang malating form pisulatan keng lagyu mu, precinct number, ampong aliwang detalyi. Kaya mabilis ing proseso. At maragul yang saup itang precinct finder [ya pin ita?] ning Comelec at pamagdalang kodigo nung ninu ing ibotu mu," they said.

Others were amazed with the smooth and efficient process, and the assistance provided including the verification process which a voter personally does.

“I took note of my voter receipt and verified that every candidate I voted for was reflected and correct. also correctly reflected everyone I voted for,” said Carmen, a teacher from a private school, praising her fellow educators manning the precincts for their patience, efficiency and service.

A personnel from the Comelec Pampanga monitoring team, who requested anonymity, said that there were very few glitches with the ACMs which were immediately addressed, and lesser concerns about missing names on the list, long lines and overcrowding in precincts.

"Well, the Commission put the interventions in the process. We just hope for this election [Makabagong Halalan 2025], there will be a bigger and better turn-out of voters," the staff said.
