Department of Health Secretary Francisco Duque III leads the launching of “Resbakuna sa Botika” at Mercury Drug in Ayala Malls Capitol Central in Bacolod City Thursday, February 3, with vaccine czar Carlito Galvez, Presidential Adviser for Covid-19 Response Secretary Secretary Vivencio Dizon, Mayor Evelio Leonardia, Governor Eugenio Jose Lacson and other local officials.
