Gipangulohan kini sa Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) atol sa ilang tinuig nga CSO Consultation Dialogue para sa mga Probinsiya sa Cebu ug Bohol diin gihimo ang 4Ps Convergence Plan nga usa ka estratehiya nga nagtumong sa padayon nga tabang human sa pag-undang sa ayuda pinansyal.
Sa Lalawigan sa Sugbo, ang mga partner CSOs nisaad og P5,406,438 nga kantidad sa mga programa nga naglangkob sa panginabuhian, skills training, edukasyon, kahimsog, nutrisyon, mental health, ug kampanya sa impormasyon nga itugma sa matag bulan nga Family Development Sessions (FDS).
Apil sa mga CSO sa Cebu mao ang Bidlisiw Foundation, World Hope International, RAFI, World Vision, Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI), Lamac Multipurpose Cooperative, Palawan Pawnshop, ug University of Cebu–CARES, ug uban pa.
Samtang sa Bohol, 17 ka CSO partners ang nipasalig og P13,670,000 nga kantidad sa mga serbisyo alang sa livelihood ug tech-voc training sama sa agrikultura, aquaculture, food processing, tailoring, ug eco-bag production.
Lakip sa mga niapil sa Bohol mao ang Process Bohol, Badjao Bridge, International Care Ministries, VOH Orphanage, IMAP, Bohol Island State University, ug Arms of Love, uban pa.
Gawas sa skills training, ilang gitanyag usab ang scholarship, therapy services, mobile learning hubs, libreng check-up, ug sanitary facilities.

Ang mga CSO nga nipirma sa kasabutan naglangkob sa mga Social Welfare and Development Agencies (SWDAs), pribadong kompanya, kooperatiba, akademya, ug faith-based organizations nga timaan sa nagkadako nga suporta sa malungtaron ug komunidad.
Ang 4Ps nga gisugdan niadtong 2008 ug na-institutionalize pinaagi sa Republic Act No. 11310 niadtong 2019, usa ka conditional cash transfer nga nagtumong sa pagpalambo sa edukasyon, kahimsog, ug nutrisyon sa kabus nga mga panimalay sa tibuok nasod. / PR
