Kini ang pamahayag ni Cebu Governor Gwendolyn Garcia sa deklarasyon sa Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infictious Diseases (IATF-MEID) diin lakip ang lalawigan sa Sugbo sa 22 ka mga probinsya ubos sa Alert Level 2 sa coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19).
Wa hinuon malakip sa Alert level 2 ang Alcoy, Borbon, mga siyudad sa Naga ug Talisay, Oslob, Pilar, Poro, Santander ug Tudela.
Ang Cebu City, Mandaue ug Lapu-Lapu wa usab malakip.
Apan ang Dept. of Health (DOH) nitataw nga di tungod sa mga kaso sa Covid-19 ang padayong pagkabutang sa lalawigan sa Sugbo sa Alert level 2, kon di ang ubos niini nga porsiyento sa mga nabakunahan batok sa Covid-19.
Si Garcia nagkanayon nga ang restriction sa Alert Level 2 anti-poor ug anti-business sanglit gilimitahan ang kapasidad sa mga tawo nga mosulod gikan sa 10 porsiyento ngadto sa 50 porsiyento nga capacity sa indoor areas ug 75 porsiyento nga pulos bakunado sa outdoor areas, nga dili ipatuman sa Kapitolyo.
