Lakip sa mga kaso nga giatubang ni Lumain ug sa iyang duha ka department heads sa munisipyo mao ang grave misconduct, inefficiency and incompetence in the performance of official duties, refusal to perform official duty; conduct prejudicial to the Best Interest of the Service ug kalapasan sa Article 208 of the Revised Penal Code for Prosecution of Offenses; negligence and tolerance.
Ang OBO chief sa Badian nagkanayon nga wala pa sila nakadawat sa kopya sa complaint ug nipadayag nga ilang tubagon ang maong reklamo.
Si Yap maoy nakapalit sa Lot 3377-C sa Barangay Lambug uban sa mga dokumento nga nagpamatuod sa iyang pagpanag-iya.
Apan giingong ilegal nga giukopar kini sa pribadong mga tawo, kinsang mga ngan gipugngan ning mantalaan kay naa pay kasong civil niini sa korte.

“ I am asking the honorable Governor Gwendolyn Garcia to help because even if the illegal structures were already reported to the proper offices of the Municipality of Badian, these structures still remain unabated,” reklamo ni Yap.
