Pinaagi sa pormal nga suwat pinetsahan og Hunyo 24, 2021, nangayo og dispensa si Health Secretary Francisco Duque III nga dili kini makatambong sa tigom.
“Please accept my sincere regrets as I will not be able to attend your invitation through a Sangguniang Panglalawigan Resolution No. 1441-2021, for a meeting...however, as the Chairperson of the IATF-MEID...we will be attending a meeting arranged by the Office of the President on the same day,” saysay ni Duque.
Tungod niini, nadesisyonan sa PB nga iuswag na lang ang adlaw sa tigom aron makatambong si Duque.

“The Cebu Provincial Board has scheduled a special session on June 29, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon...to accommodate you, the medical, the medical and technical experts, World Health Organization representatives and select members of the IATF-EID...” saysay ni Garcia.
