Gipasalamatan ni Cimatu, overseer Covid response sa Dakbayan sa Sugbo ang liderato ni Mayor Edgardo Labella ug retired Major General Melquiades Feliciano, deputy overseer sa IATF-Visayas, gumikan sa paglambo sa quarantine classification sa Cebu City.
“Nagsamasama ang tatlo na yan to complete the effort that was made by the City of Cebu and of course with the leadership of the mayor (Labella). And of course also the leadership of (General) Mel Feliciano,we were able to achieve what we are now in terms of quarantine status,” paghulagway ni Cimatu.
Si Labella sa iyang bahin nidayeg sa paggiya sa duha ka retiradong heneral sa Armed Forces of the Philippines kinsa maoy mga trusted general ni Presidente Rodrigo Duterte dinhi sa Sugbo.
“I would like to express my sincerest gratitude to Sec Cimatu and of course to Gen. Feliciano for guiding us and brought us where we are today on our quarantine classification. Pasalamat kaayo ko nila sa guidance nga ilang gihatag kanako. At the same time, pasalamat sad ko sa atong mga konstituwente sa dakbayan sa Sugbo, barangay officials, SP headed by the vice mayor nga nagkahiusa ta and to all frontliners,” padayag ni Labella.

“We will not stop here .We will continue until we achieve the MGCQ. This is really the goal of each Cebuano to recover the economy in Cebu and for the people to already go into some recreations for themselves na hindi lang restricted sa bahay with the blessing of the Lord, the people of Cebu will finally achieve this,” dugang ni Cimatu.
