Sa CSBT lang, mokabat sa labing menos P5 milyunes ang kita sa pagkolekta sa bayad sa mogamit sa mga kasilyas niini matag tuig.
Apan nakahibawo ba mo nga dunay balaod nga nagmando sa tanang mga transport terminals, stations ug roll-on/roll-off (roro) terminals sa pagbutang og libre ug limpyong mga kasilyas, lactation stations ug libre nga internet?
Gipirmahan ni kanhi Presidente Rodrigo Duterte ang Republic Act 11311 niadtong Abril 17, 2019. Ang Section 1 sa maong balaod nag-ingon, “The state “recognizes that the right of every establishment to a fair return of investment carries with it a corresponding social responsibility to provide adequate facilities for the comfort of its clientele.”
Dugang pa niini, “Towards this end, the State shall hereby require the owners, operators, and administrators of land transportation terminals, stations, stops, rest areas, and roll-on/roll-off terminals to improve their facilities through the provision of free internet services, and clean sanitary facilities.”
Giklaro gyud nga libre ang paggamit sa maong facilities kay gidili man ang pagkolekta og bayad. Ang Section 5 niini nag-ingon, “Prohibition on Collection of Fees to Access Sanitary Facilities. It shall be unlawful to collect fees from passengers for the use of regular sanitary facilities therein.”
Kon way bayad, unsa man ang ipakita sa pasahero aron makagamit sa maong facilities? Nagkanayon ang maong balaod, “For the purpose of this Act, the concerned passenger must show the paid bus ticket for the day in order to avail of the free use of sanitary facilities.”
Kinahanglan nga managlahi ang kasilyas sa babaye, sa lalaki ug niadtong mga persons with disabilities. Kinahanglan sab nga dunay saktong ventilation, suga ug tubig. Ang inuduro kinahanglan nga flush system, dunay tabon, dunay lababo, dunay toilet paper, samin, sabon, hand dryer ug door lock, basurahan ug eksklusibong lugar sa pag-ilis og diaper sa bata.
