“Whereas, the incident happened last July 29, 2025, along the hunction of San Isidro, wherein the victim, a female tricycle passenger travelling from Dumlog to Blanners. Before reaching the San Isidro junction and as the traffic light turned green, the snatcher grabbed the cellphone of the victim .
"The suspect then rode his motorcycle at high speed and made a right turn going to Uldog,” nagkanayon ang resulosyon ni Rabaya.
