Ang budget sa DOH naglakip sa alokasyon alang sa specialty hospitals sama sa Lung Center of the Philippines, Philippine Heart Center, ug National Kidney Transplant Institute nga nagkantidad og P6.69 bilyunes, ingon man sa PhilHealth nga nagkantidad og P53.26 bilyunes.
Apil sa budget sa DA ang alokasyon alang sa Department of Agrarian Reform nga nagkantidad og P17.39 bilyunes, ingon man ang uban pa nga konektado nga government-owned and -controlled corporations (GOCCs) nga dunay P67.84 bilyunes nga budget.
