“She will avail herself of the appropriate remedies provided under the rules, confident that under new leadership, the Office of the Ombudsman can now undertake a more objective and impartial review of her case,” matod ni Cabrido.
Sa nasayran, ang Ombudsman nihukom ni Garcia nga “guilty to the conduct pre-judicial to the best interest of the service and simple misconduct” kabahin sa Mananga River desiltation project.

Ang kaso giduso ni Moises Deiparine kinsa unang nipasaka og kasong usurpation of authority, gross misconduct, serious dishonesty, gross negligence, conduct prejudicial to the best interest of the service, ug kalapasan sa Republic Act No. 6713 o ang Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees.
Upat sa maong mga kaso ang gi-dismiss sa Ombudsman.

Gitataw sab niya nga ang unang mga rason ni Garcia sa kalidad sa imbestigasyon, lakip ang preventive suspension order nga giluwatan atol sa election ban nga wala moagi sa Commission on Elections (Comelec) exemption.
