“They are not under duress nor did I use a firearm or any bladed weapon, nor I use force, threat, or intimidation against their will,” matod sa akusado sa iyang counter-affidavit.
“They could have easily left my room, as they had free access to the door or used force to prevent the unlawful act,” dugang niya.
Sa usa ka pamahayag, giingon sa AFP nga kasamtangan’g gipapahulay una ang heneral human sa pagpasaka sa mga kasong administratibo batok kaniya.
“A pre-trial investigation was subsequently conducted and has since been completed. The case is now pending the approval of the convening authority for referral to a General Court Martial (GCM) and its eventual convening,” matod sa AFP.
“The AFP assures the complainants that their rights are fully protected and that they are being safeguarded from any form of intimidation or undue influence throughout the process,” dugang niini. / TPM
