Nakahigayon na sab og tapok ang mga ningtapos sa St. Theresa’s College (STC) – Cebu atol sa gipahigayon nga Homecoming 2022 niadtong Oktubre 21 ug 22, 2022.
Gibuhi og balik ang mga kagahapon sa dihang nag-abot ang mga alumni sa batch; HS ‘62 - COLL ‘62, HS ‘67 - COLL ‘67, HS ‘72, HS ‘77 – COLL ‘77, HS ’82, HS ‘87, HS ’92, HS ‘97 - COLL ‘97, HS ‘02 - HS ‘07.
Ang maong kalihokan nagdala sa tema nga “Katuyuan, Kalig-on, Pagbangon: Women of purpose and resilience in these challenging times.”
Gibahin sa duha ka adlaw ang kalihokan. Niadtong Oktubre 21 adunay ‘meet and greet’, program, campus tour ug ang gamayng salo-salo sa STC campus.
Sa Oktubre 22 gihimo ang official group o batch pictorials, adunay santos nga misa nga gisundan sa programa sa auditorium.
Taliwala sa mga pagsuway, panghitabo wa kini makabalda sa pipila ka mga Theresian nga migahin og panahon alang sa reunion nga mahitabo lang matag milestone years.
COLLEGE ’97
Ang grupo sa Batch 1997 sa college ang nilahos sa giandam nga ‘after party’ sa Waterfront Hotel and Casino, Lahug, Cebu City luyo sa paningkamot ni Marigold Zaballero, Liza Mellado-Gabriel, Venezia Milan Uy ug uban pa.
Usa ka intimate nga kalihokan sa dihang nag-usa ang mga graduates sa kursong: Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BSA), Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA), Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication (AB MassCom), Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (AB Psyc) ug Bachelor of Science in Social Work (BSSW).
Napuno sa tabi, katawa, paghinumdom sa kagahapon ug kalingawan sama sa pa-raffle maoy naghatag og kolor sa kalihokan.
Ang Cum Laude sa AB Mass Comm batch ug karon abogada nga si Marigold mihulagway sa maong panagtagbo: “Homecoming is fellowship.
Realization-- The mathematics of a successful Homecoming is: creativity from few, plus the cooperation of many, multiplied by the participation of all.”
“It was a testament of God’s divine will as every College program was represented after 25 years. Till our next homecoming College Batch 1997,” matod pa ni Liza, accountancy graduate ug karon University registrar.
Samtang ang nagbinugtong nga sakop sa Philippine National Police nga si PCMSgt. Zendah Sudio, AB Mass Comm graduate mipaambit: “It was a GREAT time seeing familiar faces, recollecting memories, the challenges and goals that were aimed 25 years ago, remembering (again) the names from other courses, indeed an event where every individual goes to re-live the ‘Glory Days’.”
