Ang Fighting Maroons mikastigo sa University of Sto. Tomas Growling Tigers, 78-69; samtang gilubong sa Green Archers ang Adamson University (AdU) Soaring Falcons, 70-55, sa managlahi nga Final Four matchup sa Smart Araneta Coliseum niadtong Nobiyembre 30.
Ang back-to-back season MVP Kevin Quiambao milabni og 14 puntos, tulo ka rebounds, tulo ka steals, duha ka assists ug duha ka blocks para sa Green Archers.
Midugang pud si Joshua David og 11 puntos, tulo ka assists ug duha ka rebounds.
"It's nice to be back in the finals," sigon ni La Salle coach Topex Robinson. "They haven't had a complete line-up and that's one thing we haven't seen. But in this finals, it's all about how we'll be prepared and it will only make us better."
Sa habig sa Fighting Maroons, si Harold Alarcon milista og 16 puntos para sa Diliman team.
"For us naman, we expected a tough fight against UST. The way they run their program this season, nakita naman natin na as the season progresses, they’re improving a lot," matod ni UP coach Goldwin Monteverde.
