Sa interview uban sa CPA Public Information Officer Maryknoll Bolasa siya nibutyag nga ang modern shuttle units nagsugod sa ilang operasyon nga libre sa Pier 1 ug Pier 3 niadtong Lunes, Mayo 1, 2025.
“Tis is in line with CPA’s commitment to improve delivery of port services and ensure safety of port users,” matod ni Bolasa.
Kini human nga natapos ang kanhi kontrata sa shuttle service niadtong Abril 30 nga nagpadagan og 13 ka bus units.
“Prior to the expiration of the contract, CPA conducted the bidding process for the new contract. Effectivity of the new contract started on May 1, 2025,” dugang ni Bolasa.
Ang bag-ong service contract gi-award ngadto sa Durabuilt Motors Inc.
Matod niya nga ang original contract duration usa lang ka tuig apan mahimong i-renew hangtod katulo ka higayon apan dunay mga conditions.
Sa pagkakaron 15 ka mga bus ang nag-operate sa CPA nga nagserbisyo sa mga pasahero nga libre. / CDF
