TULO ka mga hangyo ang gipadayag ni Cebu Governor Pamela Baricuatro sa mga sakop sa 17th Sangguniang Panlalawigan atol sa inaugural session niini sa Lunes, Hulyo 7, 2025.

“ I urge our Board Members that, before we pass ordinances that affect the lives of constituents, let us first listen to them,” matod ni Bari-cuatro.

“This is not about who gets the credit. This is about getting things done. And so I humbly ask this Board: Let us put Cebu first. Let us put the Cebuanos first. Let us rise above personal or political interests, and work for something bigger than all of us,” dugang niya.

“But let me say this clearly and firmly: under my leadership, and with the competence and integrity of this Sangguniang Panlalawigan, we will assert our independence. We will bow to no one but the will of the people. We will serve no interest but that of the Cebuanos,” asoy ni Soco. / ANV
