Aron pagkab-ot niini, gipahayag ni Arguelles nga mga bag-ong teknolohiya ang ipaila. “We will introduce new technology to further enhance our response time. Maybe we could take advantage of artificial intelligence to make our systems more efficient,” dugang pa niya.
Iya sab nga gihisgutan nga ang pagpakatap sa mga pulis palapdan sab aron nga maseguro ang nakober ang mga estratihikong mga lugar sa Davao Region.
Nagpasalig ngadto sa publiko sa "hands-on leadership" nga estilo, giklaro ni Arguelles nga “I assure the public that your police will always be of service. We will be on the ground. Even our commanders, I will oblige them to be on the ground. I want people to feel and see them.”

“I want them to touch their bases, to touch the ground. I want them to talk to their people every day. I want them to ask, ‘Are you alright?’ I want them to keep morale high. I want to hear that in our radio communications every day,” pagpadayag niini.
