POLICE reported another case of suicide after a 56-year-old man shot himself in Villaba, Leyte over the weekend.
Based on initial investigation, the daughter of the victim heard a gunshot inside his father’s room around 10 p.m. Sunday, May 2, 2021.
The daughter speculated that his father was just drunk and angry, so she let him alone in his room, police said.
Around 6 a.m. Monday, May 3, the daughter discovered the lifeless body of his father with a gunshot wound on the head.
Police are investigating the incident.
