

SOUTHERN Leyte Police Provincial Office (SLPPO), headed by Colonel Raymundo Graveles, has launched its collaborative stakeholders’ forum on PNP Quick Response Strategies in Maasin City.
“The activity reflects the unwavering commitment of the Southern Leyte Police Provincial Office to strengthening community relations, in alignment with the PNP’s advocacy for people-centered and service-oriented policing,” the police provincial office said.
Participants during the event include 70 barangay captains from Maasin, under ABC President Daryl Costillas; 18 chiefs of police in the province; two force commanders and their staff; and other barangay officials from different towns in Southern Leyte.
The resource persons were Atty. Joy Templonuevo, Provincial Officer, Napolcom Southern Leyte; Jose Reynaldo Abad, PPOC Focal Person, DILG Southern Leyte; Lyna Gayas, Information Officer, DepEd Southern Leyte Division; Lieutenant Colonel Mark Nalda, Chief, Provincial Investigation and Detective Management Unit; and Lieutenant Colonel Jay Balderian, Deputy Provincial Director for Operations.
Also present during the forum were Lieutenant Colonel Joseywells Estopin, Deputy Provincial Director for Administration, and Lieutenant Colonel Ricky Reli, Chief, Provincial Police Community Affairs and Development Unit.
