THE Army's 11th Infantry Division (11ID) formally received three newly assigned officers as part of the unit's ongoing efforts to strengthen its operational capabilities, the military said Tuesday, June 3, 2025.

Major General Leonardo Pe a, 11ID commander, on Monday, June 2, formally received Lieutenant Colonel Ezrael Oloan, Second Lieutenant Herrashellah Guinto, and Second Lieutenant Nienedict Bilog at Kuta Heneral Teodulfo Bautista, which houses the headquarters command in Busbus village, Jolo, Sulu.

During Monday's flag ceremony, Pe a pinned the 11ID patches to the uniforms of the three newly assigned officers signifying they now form part of the command.

In the same ceremony, Pe a pinned the new insignias of four enlisted personnel promoted to higher ranks in recognition of their exemplary service.

Pe a commended the dedication and hard work of the newly promoted troops, reminding all personnel of their vital role in advancing the Division's mission to safeguard peace and security in the province.

"The donning of ranks and the presentation of unit patches are not mere formalities-they signify trust, dedication, and responsibility. Your promotions are earned through hard work and perseverance," he said.
