A GOLD bracelet adorned with diamonds, valued at approximately P1.5 million, was recovered and returned to its owner at SM City Mindpro on Sunday, July 6, 2025. The incident highlights the mall's commitment to integrity and customer service.

Security guard Francisco Dialogo of Topwatch Corporate Security Services Inc. discovered the unattended jewelry near Entrance 5, Level 3 of the mall at about 1:20 p.m. Realizing its value, Dialogo immediately turned the bracelet over to the Customer Relations Services (CRS) Office for safekeeping.

Shortly after, a female customer arrived at the CRS office inquiring about her missing bracelet. CRS personnel conducted a thorough verification, confirming her as the rightful owner. The bracelet was promptly returned.

The grateful customer extended her sincere thanks to Security Guard Dialogo and the SM City Mindpro management for their honesty and swift action in ensuring the item's recovery.

This event exemplifies SM City Mindpro’s and its security personnel's commitment to integrity, professionalism, and genuine care for mallgoers. It is part of SM’s ongoing "Good Deeds" initiative, which recognizes acts of honesty and service excellence across all SM malls. (PR)
