Isabela City Administrator Pedrito Eisma led the distribution on behalf of Mayor Sitti Djalia Turabin-Hataman.
“This initiative is funded under the city’s peace and order and public safety plan,” Eisma said.
The rice distribution was allocated as follows:

The rice intended for PDLs was received by the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology–Isabela City Jail.
