NFWM promotes 15 enlisted personnel

THE Naval Forces Western Mindanao (NFWM) promoted 15 of its personnel to the next higher rank.

Rear Admiral Donn Anthony Miraflor, NFWM commander, congratulated the newly promoted enlisted personnel and reminded them of the greater responsibilities that go along with their new rank.

“May your promotion be an inspiration to others, especially to all your subordinates, and may you be able to influence more people to be true and loyal as you serve our people and our country,” Miraflor said.

Miraflor presided over the Donning of Rans Ceremony for the 15 newly promoted enlisted personnel of the command held at the Naval Station Romulo Espaldon (NSRE) on Thursday, March 16.
