THE Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA) “Masidtalak” Class of 2023 made a history as it has the highest number of graduates from Zamboanga, Basilan, Sulu, and Tawi-Tawi (ZamBaSulTa) areas.
Police Brigadier General Neil Alinsañgan, Police Regional Office-Zamboanga Peninsula (PRO-9) director, said that 20 of the 208 lieutenants and inspectors are from ZamBaSulTa areas.
Alinsañgan said that 15 of the 20 will be joining the Philippine National Police (PNP), three inspectors with Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), and two inspectors with Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP).
The graduates from ZamBaSulTa are the following: Lieutenants Ardel Lorenz Guererro Delumpines; Jayvee Kevin Oquias Toribio; Alrayyan Mohammad Sali Arjan; Muammar Ashraf Jalambo Hadjail; Shahid Kulayan Mukaram; Donna Jane Manera; Cristel Simbol Tinguha; Muammar Jailani Habibun; Ricardo Bandahala Juhan; Marklyzon Dizon Quillano; Reymar Embodo Sayson; Francis Mark Magsayo Getigan; Lloyd Danny Yape Comaling; Herald Alojamiento Alfonso; And, Azzedine T. Kamlian.
The fire inspectors are: Dave Columbres Dela Cruz; Yzzaachie Joy Villegas Ybid; and, Fah'd Frondizi Fabian Elum.
The jail inspectors are the following: Margeoden Lali; and, Enrick Franz Daleon Clorion.
The PNPA is a highly regarded institution that has been producing the finest law enforcement leaders in the Tri-bureaus: PNP, BFP and BJMP.
The academy is responsible for developing the skills, knowledge, and values of its cadets so that they can serve and protect the people with Justice, Integrity and Service.
The graduation rites of the Masidtalak Class was held on Friday, March 10, with President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. as the Guest of Honor and Speaker, wherein he guided the graduates to serve with moral integrity. (SunStar Zamboanga)
