DEMONSTRATING its continued commitment to safety and disaster resilience, SM City Mindpro took part in the 2nd Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) on Thursday, June 19, at exactly 9 a.m.
The drill was actively participated in by employees, tenants, and mallgoers, all of whom executed the “Duck, Cover, and Hold” procedure, followed by a swift and orderly evacuation. The mall’s emergency response team was also mobilized to assist and guide participants throughout the activity.
This initiative is part of SM Supermalls' commitment to promoting awareness and preparedness during natural disasters, especially in high-foot traffic environments like malls. By joining the nationwide drill, SM City Mindpro reinforces its readiness to respond effectively in times of emergency and underscores its role in promoting public safety in the community.
