The National Commission on Indigenous Peoples led the awarding of the Certificate of Recognition of Ancestral Domain covering 1,382.5 hectares to the ATA Indigenous Cultural Community of Sitio Manara, Brgy. Celestino, Villacin, Cadiz City, on Oct 19. In photo are Gov.
