PRESIDENT Benigno Aquino III and some of his Cabinet members are set to visit Iloilo province on Friday, April 1, a radio report said.

Aquino will reportedly inaugurate the 264-megawatt coal-fired power plant of Panay Energy Development Corporation (PDEC) at Barangay Ingore, La Paz, Iloilo City.

He will also attend at the distribution of cash grants to the beneficiaries of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) and PhilHealth cards at the Iloilo Provincial Capitol where he will be the guest of honor and keynote speaker.

The President arrival on Friday is his first visit to the province since he became the country's Chief Executive. (Sunnex)
