BPO company conducts two-day recruitment in San Carlos

Empire One Solutions Inc. with San Carlos City's Public Employment Service Office (PESO) conducted a local recruitment activity starting today, Aug. 16 until 17, at the SCC Multi-Purpose Hall, Park Marina.

Among the hopeful applicants were residents of San Carlos City and other neighboring places such as the Municipalities of Calatrava, Toboso, Vallehermoso, and Escalante City, where the company targets to employ 120 individuals as customer service representatives (CSRs), sales accounts, and admin personnel.

Empire One Solutions Inc. Director Cielo Cupta said interview passers would undergo a two-week training on learning the process and theories of answering calls in September 2023.

Cupta added that their company, which one of the accounts is selling jewelry to clients in the United States and Canada, is currently expanding and recruiting individuals to fill in the needed positions.

The company director emphasized that they looked for individuals with the right mindset and could fit into the company’s culture that embodies genuine care and no toxicity.

She also said they chose the city for its quality working environment and strategic location with no competitors; she hoped they could acquire a property in San Carlos City for their building. She also thanked Mayor Renato Gustilo and PESO for their support.

Dave Valderrama, a 22-year-old first-time applicant from the Municipality of Calatrava, said he was nervous but the interview was quite fulfilling.

He added that confidence is the key to get hired; thanked PESO-San Carlos for making the recruitment accessible. (PR)
