THE Negros Occidental Language and Information Technology Center (Nolitc) in Bacolod City is rolling out its full online training for Contact Center Services (CCS) NC II and English Language Proficiency (ELP) courses this month.

The provincial government, in a statement, said Governor Eugenio Jose Lacson will be providing 650 scholarship slots to qualified Negrenses interested to enrol for CCS course, ELP, 2D Animation, Visual Graphic Design, Software Development Training Program and webinars for gender and development.

Its said the skills retooling program of Nolitc is part of the economic recovery plan of the governor aimed at providing opportunities to unemployed and those hardly hit by the coronavirus disease (Covid-19) pandemic.

The scholarship is part of the Negros Occidental Training for Work Scholarship Program funded under the Gender and Development Fund, it added.

Keeping in mind the health hazards brought about by Covid-19, the scholarship application process will also be done online.

The scholarship is on a first come first save basis.

Interested applicants can process their online application through this link http://www.nolitc.org/online-application/.

They may also check out the details through the Facebook page of Nolitc.
