SEC-Bacolod holds webinar on latest corporate updates, innovations today

THE Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Bacolod Extension Office is conducting a webinar on the latest corporate updates and innovations Wednesday, August 11.

The virtual activity is in partnership with the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP)-Negros Occidental Chapter, Metro Bacolod Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry-Visayas, and City Government of Bacolod.

The three-hour afternoon webinar will discuss topics like Memorandum Circular 28 series of 2020, and Online Submission Tool (OST), including the common problems encountered.

Other discussions include SEC Electronic Simplified Processing of Application for Registration of Company, Petition to Lift the Order of Revocation/Suspension Petition for Revival of Expired Corporations, Petition for Correction, and Pertinent Laws relevant to Lending and Financing companies.
