A RISING K-Pop (Korean Pop) boy band will top-bill a concert called “South Korea Joins MassKara Festival 2019” at the Bacolod City Government Center grounds 9 p.m. on Saturday, October 26, 2019.

The band is called Dustin K-Pop Boy Group, a pre-debut boy group under LPA Entertainment, composed of Kim Yoon, Hwani, Seung Han, Kan, and JJ.

Admission to the concert is free.

Bacolod Mayor Evelio Leonardia said this is the second K-Pop concert in Bacolod, and will surely add color to the celebration of the MassKara Festival.

The mayor thanked the Federation of Artistic and Culture Organization (FACO), and government officials and association presidents of Daegu City, South Korea for sponsoring the K-Pop concert.

The K-Pop concert will also feature modern dance performers Buan Art Force Dance Company and traditional performers Mugunghwa Dance Group.

The Buan Art Force Dance Company was the grand prize winner at the 2019 Daegu Colorful Festival in South Korea last May, where Bacolod’s MassKara Festival dancers were also declared the “Best Foreign Group.”

The Mugunghwa Dance Group will perform Boochechum (Korean Fan Dance) and Sogosanjo (A Small Drum Free Solo).
