New IBP-NegOcc chapter officials take oath of office

THE new Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Negros Occidental chapter officers for 2023–2025, led by its president, Atty. Gerry Llena, took their oaths of office before Regional Trial Court Executive Judge Phoebe Gargantiel-Balbin, at RTC Branch 45, Hall of Justice, in Bacolod City, on Friday, March 31.

Atty. Llena was with his fellow officers, namely: Atty. Ramon Antonio Pandan, vice president; Judge Gorgonio Ybañez, secretary; Atty. Juliana Carbon, treasurer; Atty. Woodrow Guanzon, auditor, and Atty. Nea Cecille Quiachon, public relations officer.

The board of directors are Attorneys Keith Anthony Balbin, Kevin Daniel Ramos, Arleen Medina, Lian Dominic Gumban and Gabriel Sinco.

Their term of office will take effect on April 1. They will serve for two years.

Atty. Llena succeeds Atty. Josephine Natalaray.

The new officers will be leading the 1,299 chapter members.

Atty. Llena proceeded to the creation of chapter committees that will be in charge of the various plans and programs of the chapter for two years.*
