THE Rotary Club of Bacolod Central held the 80’s-themed Halloween Party at Valley of Peace at Circumferential Road, Bacolod City on All Souls’ Day, November 2.

Rotary Club of Bacolod Central president Mhel Sillador and past president Mate Espina spearheaded in organizing the event that aimed to benefit Kalipay Negrense Foundation.

The event was attended by around a hundred Rotarians from different Rotary clubs in Negros Occidental.

Kalipay Negrense Foundation has been working for the causes of disadvantaged children for the past 12 years by providing homes to children who have been abandoned, orphaned, neglected and victims of abuse.

Sillador said that the event is very timely as November is also International Children’s Month and this humble contribution of a Rotary Club may help organizations like Kalipay continue what they do.
