Stonepeak: A place to relax and unwind

Carla N. Canet

FOR some of us who have active and strenuous routine, we need moments to unwind and replenish our energy in different ways of distressing.

One of the so many ways of unwinding and recharging our energy is through unplugging ourselves from our daily hustles and taking a road trip to the mountains to enjoy the natural scenery with a combination of a bonfire on a cool spot or have a glimpse of the charm of the sundown.

The natural scenery at Stonepeak at Purok Saging, Barangay Igmaya-an, Don Salvador Benedicto (DSB) is incredibly a pleasant option.

Families and friends drive there to enjoy the scenery.

There are pine trees and a stone house with lots of Instagrammable spots.

DSB is a destination to consider if you want to loosen up. A simple cup of hot and flavorful brewed coffee is one great experience to take in the midst of a cold and frigid climate.

Pao Pao Mercado who frequents at Stonepeak considers the place as the best area to practice his cooking skills.

One can visit the place any time of the day.
