Victoriahanon recognized at the 2019 Elite Awards

A RESIDENT of Victorias City, Negros Occidental was cited as an International Outstanding Visual Artist of the Year during the 2nd Annual Philippines Elite Awards held at the Grand Ballroom of Crimsons Hotel, Alabang on October 10, 2019.

The awardee is Larry Carumba who was once named as Malihaw and Bagong Bayani awardee in 2013 for Culture and the Arts.

Filipino and International achievers from the different sectors of the community were honored for their exemplary success and significant contribution to the community.

The Philippines Elite Awards 2019 was presented by JPP Dreamworld Productions and Ms. Joyce Peñas Pilarsky.
