ONE of the two suspects who killed two brothers and severely injured their friend was arrested two days after the stabbing incident happened at Barangay Alijis, Bacolod City on AUgust 5.

Chief Inspector Ramel Sarona, head of Police Station 7, said a certain "Bidic" was turned over by village officials to the police Tuesday, August 7, after he surfaced at the barangay hall to clear his name.

"He knew that he is one of the suspects in the killing that's why he went to the barangay hall to deny his involvement in the crime," Sarona said.

Sarona, however, refused to name the arrested suspect while police continue to hunt down his companion, who allegedly went home to his hometown in Tanjay City, Negros Oriental.

Sarona said they already coordinated with the policemen in the neighboring province but the other suspect was not seen there.
