1,500 benefit from medical mission

SOME 1,500 residents of Kabankalan and Victorias Cities benefitted from the medical mission held by the Task Force Kasanag (TFK) and Maypagasa party-list over the weekend.

The medical mission held Saturday, November 17, in Barangay Talubangi, Kabankalan City benefitted at least 300 residents.

The medical mission was facilitated by TFK Negros and Visayas commander Edsel Vaflor in coordination with the City Government of Kabankalan headed by Mayor Isidro Zayco.

Both TFK and Maypagasa party-list recently signed a memorandum of agreement to join forces in pushing their advocacies.

On Sunday, at least 1,200 residents of Barangay Daan, Victorias City availed the services of the medical mission organized by the TFK and the party-list group in cooperation with the Ltc Nelson Gerona Crusade Inc. headed by Jennelyn Gerona.

It was facilitated by TFK Victorias chapter commander Eleine Yasa.

THREAT. According to a Capitol consultant, the Cebu City Government is threatening to shut down the Cebu North Bus Terminal at the back of SM City Cebu (left) and the Cebu South Bus Terminal along N. Bacalso Ave. for operating without a business permit.
