THE operatives of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency in the province collared five high value targets in a buy-bust operation in San Carlos City.

PDEA Investigation Agent Sisa Cortez who led the buy-bust operation on April 13 at around 2:45 PM at Brgy 6, San Carlos City, Negros Occidental identified the arrested five (5) High Value Targets (HVTs) as Rowena Dual, Ruel Tabares, Alex Santillan, Antonio Sabejon and Errol Siaboc.

Seized from the suspects were more or less 15 grams of suspected shabu.

Cases for violation of Sections 5, 6, 7, 11 and 12 Article II of RA 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 are now being prepared for filing in court against the suspects.
