64th National Public Library Day on March 15

VICTORIAS City Mayor Javier Miguel Benitez engages 150 enthusiastic Grade 3 pupils from Alejandro Acuña Yap Quiña Memorial Elementary School in a captivating storytelling program to commemorate the 64th National Public Library Day on March 15.

BAC Secretary and City Librarian Mary Ann Lazo led the activity and was also attended by 18 librarians from the Province of Negros Occidental, adding to the lively and engaging atmosphere.
