BACOLOD. The Bacolod City Cooperative and Livelihood Development Office (CCLDO) has sent out 1,500 pieces of pre-cut materials to home-based seamstresses for the Facial Mask Making Program of the city. The CCLDO was tasked by Mayor Evelio Leonardia to undertake a livelihood program that will allow home-based sewers accredited with the CCLDO to manufacture washable or reusable facial masks.
