Farmer found dead in Ilog

A FARMER was found dead in Barangay Dancalan, Ilog, Negros Occidental Wednesday, February 20.

Police identified the fatality as Edwin Cano, 30, of the said village.

Investigation showed that a man who was driving a motorcycle at 4 p.m. saw the victim lying on the ground with gunshot and stab wounds.

The victim was rushed to a hospital but he was declared dead upon arrival.
