City Fire Marshal Chief Inspector Rodel Legaspi earlier said the fire started from the house of Ivy Zulueta around 10:58 a.m. but this is still subject to investigation.

Aside from the cash assistance from the National Government, the fire victims will also get financial assistance from the City Government.
