THE Bacolod City Police Station 8 is still conducting further investigation to determine the identity of a man who was found dead along the shoreline of Barangay Singcang-Airport on Tuesday.

Police Major Charles Gever, chief of Police Station 8, said yesterday they are coordinating with different cities and municipalities if there’s reported missing person in their areas.

On Tuesday morning, the body of the victim was found floating by Jeffrey Ano along the shoreline of Barangay Singcang Airport around 8 a.m.

The victim, who was wearing purple shirt and black cargo pants, was on his mid 20s.

Gever said they are also coordinating with Cebu City after they were informed that there was a reported missing person in the area.

“Hopefully, we can find the family of the victim and we welcome any information that can help in our investigation,” he said.
